RESPONSIBILITIES
Go-to-market Program Manager is required to help accelerate company leverage over CCS， in developing tailored GTM programs and incentives.
His/her initiatives will be mainly focused on go-to-market modeling fit with specific target market and solution/service requirement， integrating key stakeholders around sustainable business models， and CCS sales capability enablement.
Identify GTM engagements， translating strategic opportunities to executable programs with key milestones
Initiate and lead programs in developing tailored GTM programs， catering for target end user segments and CCS capabilities
Prepare overall business plans for engagements， integrating key stakeholders deliverables
Drive key milestones of GTM programs
Develop tools and methodology to facilitate CCS in fast-track GTM framework
Engage and interface with CCS provincial leadership team and build alignment with Company strategy
Form and drive internal virtual teams to achieve program milestones
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
In-depth knowledge with SP businesses
Familiar with end user vertical markets， ie. Education， TREC， Public Service entities
Strong influencing skills and executive presence
Good analytical and business modeling skills
Expert in project/program management
Self-driven， resourceful and ability to work under pressure
Good Chinese and English a must.
