Job Responsibilities: To provide support to service engineers. Assistant territory supervisor accomplish the customer service actively; Study specialty technology intensively and improve service capability continuously; Responsible for the installation and repair tasks assigned by territory supervisor in fixed time Summarize the difficulties and problems during routine work in time, and prepare corresponding document for it; Accomplish customer visiting (including go to customer’s site and by telephone) actively. General Functions: Carry out other duties as directed by the Service Manager. Assist sales team to improve sales revenue. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in instrument or electronics Foreign company’s working experience is preferred. Experience of providing support for service operation is preferred Language: English lever 4 is the basic requirement.
