| QualityEngineer职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibilities： -Develops and implements shop floor SPC program to provide cost effective methods for controlling company’s processes. This includes designing tests and experiments, monitoring systems and processes and providing technical assistance in the training of shop employees. -Prepares both quality and process procedures based on corporate, division, customer and internal quality goals and requirements to provide for cost effective methods of controlling quality output. Revises and updates procedures within their respective areas. -Works with shop employees in process audit per established procedures. Develops and monitors raw material audit and field claims response. Responds to audits performed by other sources. -Conducts detailed analysis on scrap and rework, SPC data and etc. to identify opportunities for improvement. Conducts improvement projects utilizing plant personnel, division and corporate technology. -Responsible for supplier evaluation reporting for products used in the incumbent’s area of responsibility. -Gives technical support to technicians and manufacturing in measurement methods and gage calibration. Requirements： -Bachelor degree in mechanical, metallurgical or industrial engineering required. -Formal training and certification in metrology management is preferred. -3 to 5 years industrial experience in a quality assurance related field is preferred. -A demonstrated knowledge of spreadsheet and database software is required. -Good knowledge on ISO9000. -Good experience in utilizing quality control tools. -Good verbal and written English skill. |
