项目助理Sales_Logistics_Administrator职位说明及要求

Support project management & sales department from pre-project phase until billing phase of projects Enter and maintain SAP sales orders according to customer requirements and KB Standard processes (REX) Follow sales orders with internal & external supply sources in co-operation with local production & procurement Support project management in logistics forecasts (deliveries, delays, etc.) influencing final delivery date Prepare documents for delivery according to customer requirements & contracts (text, markings, specials) Issue SAP invoice in co-operation with project manager as basis for the VAT invoice Prepare logistics reports on demand and in co-operation with project manager Requirement: Fluent english, good at writing English; Good communication skill.
