Responsibilities: 1. Support the plants in operating auto-inspection systems from third party (and gather knowledge on such systems (advantages/drawbacks)). Understand the flat glass plants needs in auto-inspection to develop our own technology matching the plants requirements. 2. 50% Integrate or develop new techniques for detection and analysis of defects on flat glass. Use advanced image and signal processing (or combine several detection techniques). Perform laboratory experiments and production tests to Implement such techniques into production environment. 3. Develop advanced image processing algorithm to support the AIO-R&D projects of the "Control Device" team and the "New Techniques, Dynamic Detection" team. Perform laboratory experiments. 4. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requiments: 1 Master degree and above, major in Image Processing; 2 Experience in optical testing is preferred; 3 English: Fluent technical communication with native speakers; good command in report writing and assessment. |
