| Job Advertisement: Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities: Main Responsibility Areas: Service execution of CSI projects from sales phase (project planning) throughout delivery (project initiation， detailed planning， execution， control and closing)， and technical support phase Key Tasks: •In the Presales Phase the Project Manager is responsible for: Identify scope， work breakdown and deliverables for the proposed delivery project • Estimating PM effort， and reviewing estimates provided by engineering • Secures resources for the project (sales gate criteria) • Prepare offer baseline of project management plan-PMP， budget and schedule In the Delivery Phase the project manager is responsible for: • Execute against the PM Process (initiate， plan， execute， control， close) • Prepares delivery baseline of PMP， budget and schedule agreed with customer and CT • Signs off resourcing proposal by Resource Manager. • Manages: • project cost， schedule and quality; • risks， issues and changes according to CSI Methodology， presenting the latter to the CT until final agreement and closure of request; • customer expectations and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction; • hand over to CS， locally and centrally for all project scope items; • contractors， sub contractors and 3rd party service and equipment suppliers; • Ensures all project documentation is produced and stored as appropriate; • Reports progress and latest estimate to the CT， sub-region CSI head Ensures financials are correctly updated in systems at all times; Requirements: At least 3 years experience in project management in the area of IT and/or GSM/GSM-R solutions. Be familiar with RF or radio technology， such as Repeater， Leaky cable， Coaxial Cable， Antennas， Coupler etc. GSM-R knowledge and work experience is preferred Excellent communication and 3rd party co-ordination skill Fluent in written and spoken English Knowledge and experience in NSN work process is perferred PMI certification is preferred Bachelor degree or above Personal Attributes: Planning & Organising Relating & Networking Leading & Coaching Delivery Quality & Results Deciding & Initiating Action Customer Focus Team Working Managing Pressure & Setbacks Project Integration Management Project Scope Management Project Time Management Project cost， profitability and risk management Project Quality Management Management and Leadership (HR Management) Project Communications Management Procurement/Subcontracting Management Business understanding and development Project planning， reporting and processes |
