| FinanceManager职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibilities 1. The candidate will be in charge of controlling all admin and Finance duties and staff. 2. Strong controllership experience to maintain accounting, financial reporting, financial control and information systems to ensure adequate records, ensure appropriate authorizations of transactions and safeguard assets (good experience in accounting of AP, Receivable , payroll, etc.). 3. Good experience with cash management and treasury operations to understand all time the business cash flow position. 4. Good experience in Financial planning, use knowledge and experience to actively participate in Business Financial planning process (Budget, Cash Flow Forecasting...). 5. As Finance Manager of a trading company, the control of the inventory and Accounts Receivables/ Credit managemnet are essential. So experience in a similar company (Trading) will be valued. 6. Report to the headquarters of the company in Shanghai following the reporting standards of the company. 7. Responsible of controlling/ monitoring BJ warehouse internal procedures to ensure efficiency and inventory control. 9. Experience in Commercial Finance to support evaluations with commercial team, understand and report Financial risks, review receivable collection... Qualifications - No less than 5 years of experience as Finance manager in a similar company (Trading), with different branches and warehouses in China is preferred. Also experience as Finance Manager in a foreign Company is preferred. - Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Business. CPA. - Working experiece with an ERP software will be valued. - Good English level spoken and written. - Experience in large scale and global organizations, capable of integrating with global process in China and working with global teams. - Smart, mature, responsible, organized, self-motivated, good presentation skills and able to work under pressure. |
