| Business Area:Automation & Control Goals/Mission -Driving of CBI2010/I&S business program (enabling and sales actions); reporting on measures progress; support on new actions; process coordination between Market Intelligence and Business Development (BG， HQ， SLC BD); evaluating BG specific Business Development processes/ systematics Tasks -Experience in Business Development Programs -Market Intelligence -Controlling experience -Commercial knowledge Education -Master degree is prefered， majored in Business Administration or Economics Knowledge/Languages -Knowledge of Siemens business portfolio -Business Development Methods & Market Intelligence knowledge Experience -Experience in Business Development/ Market Intelligence -Experience in Controlling/ strategic company programs/ program coordination -Intercultural experience Capabilities -Initiative and team sprit -Structured and logical thinking -Social competence Goals/Mission -Driving of CBI2010/I&S business program (enabling and sales actions); reporting on measures progress; support on new actions; process coordination between Market Intelligence and Business Development (BG， HQ， SLC BD); evaluating BG specific Business Development processes/ systematics Working Partners/Contacts -GM/GM BA; Manager Corporate Functions， BU GM’s; SLC I&S BU staff; SLC BD; I&S Strategy & Business Development Tasks -Experience in Business Development Programs -Market Intelligence -Controlling experience -Commercial knowledge Education -Master degree is prefered， majored in Business Administration or Economics |
