| SupplierQualityEngineer职位说明及要求 | |
Major Responsibilities: 1．Responsible for changes and improvements to the Quality Assurance procedures which effectively implement and monitor Supplier programs. 2. Reviews detailed requirements and prepares formal surveys and check lists to assure that requirements are in compliance. 3.Requests, monitors and reviews Supplier’s Production Part Approval Process documents (flow charts, PFMEA’s, control plans, dimensional data etc.) 4.Participates in recommending Suppliers for approval and/or removal from Stanadyne’s Certified Suppliers List. 5.Schedule and conduct system / process audits with Supplier representative. 6.Upon completion of audit, reports results and establishes corrective action with responsible persons and affectivity dates. 7.Establishes follow-up schedules to verify corrective actions are properly implemented as agreed upon. 8.Maintains an effective Management Assessment System to document the activities of the Supplier’s Quality Program 9.Develops and maintains an effective Supplier rating system, continually monitoring supplier’s status and improvements. 10. Acts as a liaison when quality issues arise and Supplier corrective action is required. 11. Ability to travel to supplier sites Qualification Requirements: 1.Minimum of 3 years Engineering Degree or equivalent experience 2.Fluent in Mandarin and English spoken and written communications. Good communication skills in both business and technical discussions. |
