| 该职位工作地点在上海浦东/嘉定，直接向中国区财务总监汇报，有“四大”工作经验优先； 有意者请直接发送个人简历至elite8.tc@gmail.com Major Responsibilities: Monitor and optimize the cash and loan balance of China entities. Monitor and optimize the bank notes balance of China entities. Be responsible for the China cash flow forecast process， including developing and implementing the process. Ensure the SOX compliance and sound control in the treasury area in China Coordinating the implementation of cash management strategies in China Manage bank relationships in China Assist to seek credit lines from the bank， or other projects/assignments Monitor the foreign exchange risk in China entities， and keep close contact with Troy treasury on the strategy and solutions if any. Ensure timely and correct treasury reporting from the China entities. (e.g. TBIRD， TreasuryVision or others.) Monitor the foreign exchange regulations Assist the development in the treasury area of China financial share service center. Required At least 5 years multinational experience Treasury related experience is preferred Experience with multiple entity structure or holding company is preferred Possess a finance or accounting related degree Other Personal Characteristics Team player Quick learner and self-starter Ability to work within a matrix organization， global thinking Fluent English & Chinese |
