| 客户服务职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibility: Identify & respond to customer inquires. Provide a client focused first point of contact to answer customer inquires, process customer orders. Provide resolution for non- technical customer inquires, provide information for product support. This includes fulfilling brochures and literature requests and related inquires. Process orders for domestic customer and enter order into SAP system. Convert quotes to orders as requested is inquired. Be knowledgeable about products to answer all customer enquiries. File orders/request according to guidelines. Entry information of Letter of credit provided by domestic customer Coordinate between customer, factories and sales team Communicate order confirmations to customer Process domestic service requests and follow up transactions. Collect and provide proper customer data and information for account set up and maintenance. Various other duties as requested by the department manager Requirment: College degree above, majored in Business administration, logistics and international trade will be preferred Above 3 years relevant experience is preferred Rich knowledge with contract terms, conditions, Logistics, business and international trade Basic knowledge of Finance and credit Strong communication skills Strong English communication skills both in written and oral Good computer skills, and very familiar with SAP |
