Location: Guangzhou Responsibilities: - Monitor the service delivery as per contract implementation outcome - Responsible for needed operational work instruction creation according to SLA & Procedure Manual - Customer relation management - Service opportunity tracking and creation during operation - Escalation point for operations related issues - Escalate foreseen critical operational and customer related issues to management to draw special attentions - Responsible for Customer Training & delivery performance review - Responsible for accurate customer profile and data. Qualifications: - University degree or equivalent in business or above. - A minimum of 2 years‘ related experience - Project management skills. - High-level of interpersonal communication skills with teamwork spirit. - Good summary and presentation skill. - Independent, self-motivated, enthusiasm and well organized. - Competence to deal with complexity and time pressure. - Fluent in written and oral English. - Good at using MS Office tools, especially for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Customer and business orientated and service sense. - Possible to have frequent travelling.
