Director Finance and Administration职位说明及要求

Location: Beijing

PCI Executive Consultants are the specialized Human Resource Agency for executive positions. We are part of the international IIC Partners Group and since 15 years active in Greater China. Our Client is an European Automotive company in a leading market position of vehicle security, supplying 1st tier OEMs with it‘s products worldwide. The business in China has been established successfully last year as a 100% subsidiary.

The Position

We are looking for a professional, preferably with 2-3 years previous experience in an international audit-company and a 5-7 years experience in a controlling- and accounting-department of the Chinese branch of a European company. The ideal candidate should have adequate exposure to the HR practices and administration in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge

Accounting:



Deep knowledge of Chinese accounting


Full knowledge of Chinese financial statement (Chinese accounting principles)


Basic knowledge of International Accounting Standard (IAS-IFRS)


Knowledge of industrial accounting (cost accounting, bill of material, work cycles costs to products, cost centre accounting, inventory evaluation, make or buy processes, indirect costs)

Finance:



Basic knowledge of banks relationship (bank account, payment and collect, bank transfer)


Familiar with regulations and practices in relation with loan financing

Taxes:



Knowledge of Chinese income taxes


Deep knowledge of Chinese import-export taxes and procedures for manufacturing companies


Deep knowledge of Chinese VAT procedures

Legal:



Basic skills on Chinese law on sales and purchase contracts


Basic skills of Chinese company law

HR:



Adequate knowledge of China Labour Law and Labour Contract Law


Previous experience in recruiting, employment contract management, compensation design, annual appraisal tools and procedures, and company HR policies enforcement


Previous experience in working with third party HR agents and Training Institutes

Administration:



previous experience in running an office in terms of supervising administrative staffs / activities


good sense in promoting healthy company culture and internal communications

Education and Experience

Education: Degree in Economics
Language: Fluent English written and spoken

Previous Experience: a 2-3 year in an international audit company is preferable. Then a 5-7 year in controlling and accounting department of the Chinese branch of a European company will be very useful. The ideal candidate should have adequate exposure to the HR practices and administration in a manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or QAD are appreciated.
