ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Service Fluke products returned for repair and calibration, and feedback service data in Fluke Quality System Improve customer satisfaction on service by working together with Beijing service team and Fluke commercial team Lead and implement DBS (Danaher Business System) in Shanghai service branch, drive Daily Management to improve daily SQDIP (5s/Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity) performances and sustain the achievements Lead and drive kaizens (continuous improvement) to shorten TAT (Turn-Around-Time) and improve efficiency, and sustain Supervise incoming quality inspection in Fluke WaiGaoQiao distribution center and feedback product quality performance in Fluke Quality System Enhance service capabilities in Shanghai service branch to better serve customers Assist Fluke Asia Service Director to resolve any urgent or critical issues QUALIFICATIONS: 1)Satisfactory knowledge on electronic and electric products 2)Hands-on skills on PCBA and related electronic technologies, like soldering etc. 3)Understanding to Lean concept 4)High capability to relentlessly initiate, lead and drive changes for better EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 1)5+ years experiences in electronic manufacturing environment, service/repair experiences are preferred 2)Bachelor degree or above, master degree will be plus 3)Major in electronics or measuring instruments 4)Good command of English is a must. |
