| JD of NPI& Process engineer职位说明及要求 | |
| 1：Execution of NPI (new product introducing) activities : a: Communicate with Beijing engineering department to set up NPI procedure in Dongguan plant. b: Initiate the requirement with relation to new product， including BOM ， drawings， testing files and other technical files instruction c: Tracking new products pilots running， and come up with failure analysis and yield report . d: Interface with Beijing designer and Dongguan production line ， offer help on problem solving， and continuous improvement. 2: ECO implementation. Ensure ECO implementation in Dongguan plant timely， and tacking the effect of ECO. 3: Process auditor: Ensure Dongguan plant’s operation running under control system， also track our products quality meet our standard. 4: Trouble shooting/problem solving Summarizing the failure mode， make the root cause analysis， provide solution， also issue ECR to Beijing Engineering department if need. Requirements: 3 years working experience in SMT filed， have enough knowledge on SMT testing. |
