SystemSupportEngineer职位说明及要求

- Good troubleshooting and analysis skills using Terminal Server;
- Rsponsible and mature, with demonstrated ability to handle network and server security, and sensitive and confidential information;
- Hands-on and efficient in handling network and servers related issues and capable of acting independently to produce viable solutions;
- Proactive and positive, with continual attention to detail in composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines;
- Must be responsive and confident under pressure;
- Responsible at following the team process and escalating accordingly;
- English reading/writing REQUIRED, English speaking is PLUS.
