Based in: Beijing Responsibility/Activity Marketing Campaign plan and execution - Drive awareness of campaigns, market opportunities and deployment tools based on partner profile - Localization of WW and regional campaign deliverables and implement it accordingly - Deploy campaign-focused Hands-on Labs (road show, CTEC (Microsoft Certified Partners for Learning Solutions), or online); localize as necessary - Call-down Tele-Managed Partners into/aligned w SMB Campaigns - Promote CPLS/MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) Brand to MS Customers - Joint w Exam Delivery Provider to drive broad based marketing campaign - Drive successful deployment of Software Assurance/VL/MODL/MOC etc. - SATV (Microsoft Software Assurance Training Voucher ) redemption through right partners program - Develop and implement local CPLS marketing campaigns to drive Revenue based on market opportunity Partner Readiness - Work with the Skills Development Manager to ensure that the MSL offerings are an integral part of the Partner Readiness offerings to ensure certification attached to competencies - MSPP, PS+ work with Readiness teams to TTT (Train the Trainer) activities. Drive Field Engagement - Work with the PAM (Partner Account Manager)/PDMs and BG FMM(Field Marketing Manager )/Channel/Enterprise Marketing Managers to identify field driven training opportunities and marketing initiatives when applicable - Link opportunities to qualified CPLS based on PAM input and CPLS scorecard - Integrate enterprise-capable CPLSs into the EPG/SMS&P solution selling framework - Any local related initiative when necessary to drive business results - MSL sub internal community and regular gathering Manage and drive CPLS programs and its implementation - Help to recruit and maintain certain level partners coverage geographically - Promote Microsoft Certification to increase readiness in the Affiliate Services Partners space. - Drive implementation for Quality Assurance measures (MTM & MVR compliance, Audits) - Working w PAM to develop territory and account plans which includes a regionalized CPLS scorecard - Promote the CPLS channel internally and drive their engagement in MS Sales Process - MVR implementation w target business results in MSL product portfolio esp. on cert and MOC Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1. Marketing relevant experience 2. Training and certification related knowledge/background preferable 3. Strong interpersonal skill (teamwork) 4. Good presentation skill set 5.
