| SeniorTaxOfficer职位说明及要求 | |
Job Descriptions: 1.Reporting to the tax section head of Finance & Legal Department 2.Assist in all tax related issues to support rapid growing business, including tax planning, advisory, risk management, audit and negotiation with the tax authorities, etc. 3.Review and analyze financial & legal information for various tax reporting, tax inquiries and tax audits, etc. 4.Provide tax advisory support to both finance personnel and other divisions to help resolve operational day-to-day tax issues; 5.Research, develop and implement for effective tax planning strategies 6.Timely follow-up the changes in tax laws/regulations and evaluate the impact to the Company; 7.Work with different internal and external teams on ad hoc projects. Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above in accounting, taxation and finance related discipline; 2.At least 5 years of tax professional experience with at least 3-5 years gained from Big 4 firm; 3.Sound knowledge and practical skill on PRC tax laws / regulations and PRC GAAP 4.Strong analytical and problems solving skills 5.Excellent interpersonal, coordination, communication and negotiation skills 6.Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork; 7. Self motivated and positive work attitudes, able to work under pressure. |
