Develop new product (Product redesign) according to New product development process(PDP) from idea to production and Involved in new process / technology research Key Tasks Market & cost driven product design responsible according to PDP, Ideas & verification (Product & process) – Evaluation – Prototyping & qualification – sourcing – PDM setup – production Involved in new process / technology research Communicate design changes with customers through marketing & sales Collaboration with suppliers & team members from Value stream, Purchasing, Product Management functions & etc. External resource development and collaboration – University, lab and etc. Continuous development on agreed competences with archiving by A3 report and etc Technical support to Value stream, Purchasing, Product Management functions & etc. Qualifications Bachelor degree, Master preferred, majoring in Mechanical, Material & Refrigeration or similar area >= 3 years working experience in related area with solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience Systematic methodology on problem solving, experiment setup and decision analysis Design toolbox knowledge preferred - FMEA, Design for 6sigma, DoE & etc. Continuous exploring and challenging by market / customer driven Open mind and innovative Good interactive communication and collaboration skill Good comprehensive English – Read / Write / Oral / Listening, CET6 or equivalent level preferred Welcome to apply for Danfoss positions! 您可以直接将简历投递到此邮箱：Job_12298@danfoss.recruitmail.com 我们建议您花费五分钟进行在线申请，就能使您得到更好的服务 Apply |
