We are always in the process of developing new valves concept, to meet the demand of our Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration customers, for energy and material savings. The product development project covers the process from idea/concept to production/realization which will be carried out transversely in the organization, and in close cooperation with the customers. To run these kinds of project, we need excellent project managers with optimum business knowledge and understanding. Together with our present project managers, you will become an integrated part of our R&D project management competence. We have, in general, great success with our projects and our business. We are working in a constantly growing market with increasing demands, when it comes to introduction of new products. Accordingly, we are at the moment in the process of optimizing our work in the entire value stream, including the implementation of Lean Product Development. If you are in a position to utilize the full perspective of this project, you will be playing a decisive part in our efforts to create growth and reach our ambitions goal. You will have direct report to the manager of R&D department and become part of our project management team, working with projects within Automatic Industry and Refrigeration. The job Product development project management from M0 to M6 with 5 KPIs(Specification, Economy, Marketing, Time, Resource) and continuous improvement on product development process As the project manager, you will be in charge of mainly the R & D projects, from concept to sale of the product. You Are responsible for creating a new business Are responsible for keeping target, deadlines and resources of the project Will be in control of design teams, a production team, as well as a market team Will secure that the product adds value to the customer Will be responsible for communication, internally in the project as well as externally. Key Tasks Specification / Qualify -Involved in process and product concepts design and qualification test specification -Involved in production line setup / modification -Evaluation of competitors and technology and feasibility of concepts with patents consideration -Identify / document knowledge Economy -Business Description Specification update -Value creation calculation and sensitivity analysis (Variable cost, sales volume and project expense) Marketing -Product specification -Coordinate with sales and product manager to make market plan and communicate with customers Time -Project master plan responsible Resource -Project team setup, performance evaluation and motivation -Coordination across divisions, Value stream, purchasing, product management and sales company -Budget and control Qualifications Your profile / The ideal candidate Is very business minded and with enough courage to change an already established market. You have a solid technical education, for instance as an engineer with market experience or a solid marketing basis with flair for technique. You are, preferably certified project manager. You are dynamic, action minded, strategic and the person “who takes the lead”. You just cannot live without a comprehensive view, you keep the goal in mind and currently consider priority order based upon actual facts. Furthermore, you have an open personal attitude towards others. You understand the importance of a strong cooperation culture, and you have the ability to motivate a team.
