Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for establish target and procedure of engineering team.
Conduct technical and commercial discussions with other team
Coach all project for project design, development and amend design.
Project supervise and in charge of engineering team and maintenance team
Communicate with all level to ensure utilize all recourse
Cooperate with oversea engineers and get support
Ensure the timely delivery of the required drawings, documents and products for each stage of the Project.
Ensure the overall quality of the project is as planned.
Ensure that delivery time is controlled within the time schedules.
Ensure that costs are controlled within the budget.
Co-ordinate and manage the resources, both personnel and material.
Manage risks and deviations from plan.
Report such deviations to relevant members of the team.
Follow up on unresolved issues.
Assure timely management of receivables.
Ensure the orderly completion of the project.
Motivate staff and coaching
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree in an Engineering field involving plant engineering
University bachelor degree or above
Familiar with TS16949
8 years or above relevant working experience in a multi-national manufacturing environment.
Tool design or use experience preferred
Lean or six sigma experience preferred
Familiar with mechanic or auto parts preferred
Familiar with SPC, FMEA,PPAP,APQP and Quality Control
Good command of spoken and written English
