Major Responsibilities主要职责:
为经销商提供业务培训,改进业务流程,提高服务能力; 开发并持续开展业务培训课程; 编辑业务培训资料、课件,简单教具的设计及制作. Provide service business training for dealers, improve business process and enhance service ability; Establish and develop service business course; Edit service business training materials and courseware, design and make the teaching aids.
Qualifications任职资格:
本科毕业,工科背景,汽车或机电专业优先; 3年以上汽车领域业务培训/区域服务工作经验,有品牌工作经历者优先; 良好的汽车专业英语阅读及编译能力; 熟练掌握计算机日常运用技术,熟练运用办公软件; 良好的沟通能力,良好的语言表达能力,良好的应变能力; 具备团队协作精神和良好的敬业精神. University graduate in engineering field, preferably with major degree in automobile or machinery & electronics; Over 3 years experience of service business training or field service in the automobile field, preferably with brand experience; Good specialty English reading, editing & translating skills; Proficient user of computer and MS Office Software; Good communication and expression skills. Good adaptability and flexibility; Good team-work spirit and devotion to duty.
