区域技术支持专员职位说明及要求

上海/广州/重庆各一
Major Responsibilities主要职责:

支持指导经销商解决疑难问题，提高一次修复率
提升经销商解决问题的能力从而防止车辆退回案件的发生
处理重大客户投诉（事故车、火烧车等）
索赔批准
Instruct and support the dealers to solve Hard-to-fix quality concern and to improve their FIRTFT Rate.
Instruct the dealers to prevent buyback case through quality improvement activity for Hard-to-fix quality concern.
Handling the inquiries from the authority， dealers， and the users on individual important quality issues
(accident case， fire case， and buyback demand).
Approve dealer warranty claims.

Qualifications任职资格:

专科（3年制）及以上汽车相关专业
3年以上汽车制造及售后服务领域工作经验
汽车服务领域的丰富经验
乘用车的中级理论知识、维修的技巧和经验
良好的计算机技能
良好的沟通技巧及文件撰写能力
Junior college graduate (3-year) or above， majoring in automobile engineering/technology and related.
Have more than 3-year experience in the automobile manufacturing or after service.
Have wide experience in the vehicle service.
Intermediate level knowledge on the theory of passenger-car and repair skills and experiences.
High computer skills
High communication skills and documentation skills.
