Major Responsibilities 主要职责:
指导和管理区域经销商,促使经销商执行品牌零售管理和销售店创优方案; 组织经销商开展区域市场促销活动,提高区域市场销量; 收集、分析区域市场和竞争对手产品、价格、销售策略等信息; 根据公司的安排,帮助经销商得到适当的培训。 Direct and manage the dealers, insure delivery of the Brand @ Retail and Retail Excellence programs at all dealer locations Organize dealers to develop the sales promotion ,improve the sales volume Collect and analyze local market information ,include the competitor‘s product ,price and sales policy; According to the plan of CAF, help dealers get the proper training.
Qualifications任职资格:
有丰富的销售经验,熟悉汽车市场; 有强势汽车品牌厂家区域销售管理经验者优先; 熟悉计算机的制表,文字处理,Excel和幻灯片等软件系统; 良好的组织管理和沟通能力; 良好的敬业精神和团队协作能力; 良好的分析和应变能力。 In depth selling experience, preferably in automotive marketing.
