Job Scope
1.Assist executives & managers in day-to-day operations and other ad-hoc projects 2.Biz trip arrangement and overseas meeting arrangement for VP 3.Frequently contact with US head quarter - administrative level 4.Update databases and personal records 5.Other general administrative duties
Requirements
1.Preferably has a Diploma / Certificate in Human Resources or Business Administration 2.Possess good SPM results with credits in Mathematics & English 3.Ideally possess some working experiences from a secretarial and/or administrative background 4.Is able to work independently with minimal supervision 5.Is proficient in the English Language especially verbal and written 6.Able to work to deadlines and flexible with regard to hours( don‘t think this is necessary .. however important to assess at the interview stage ) 7.Is proficient in Word, Excel, and would be an added advantage if familiar with PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
