Technical Skills - Requirements:

Excellent Operational understanding of the following technologies;
-TCP/IP
-Frame Relay/ ISDN/ SDH/ DDN/ MPLS
-VOIP
-Dynamic Routing Protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF)
-Layer 2/ Layer 3 Switches
-Nokia Firewalls configuration and support
-Cisco devices configuration and support
Other Skills - Requirements
-Proven, advanced troubleshooting skills are an essential.
-Excellent English both written and verbal
-Technical writing skills demonstrated by an ability to write technical and operational documentation.
-Graduate with Computer related majors
-Minimum of 3 years or equivalent experience in the IT industry.
