Responsibilities: 1.Design questionnaires to ensure they prompt meaning data and are actionable. 2.Deliver fieldwork briefing to ensure the interviewers are clear about the purposes and logic of the flow of the questionnaires. 3.Conduct data analysis to provide meaningful conclusions. 4.Design reports and charts to present easy-to-read and meaningful linkage to conclusions. 5.Estimate costs to ensure comprehensive and accurate cost items are included in the proposal. 6.Estimate and plan resources for the commissioned projects to ensure the projects could be completed according to schedule. 7.Interpret the data using AMI or other techniques to produce accurate analysis. 8.Write the conclusions to clearly and accurately represent the insights of the findings and recommendations. 9.Assist in providing information during report presentation to clients 10.Liaise with DP and fieldwork operations to ensure the progress of the project is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays. 11.Train and supervise researchers to ensure they acquire basic research techniques. 12.Assist senior members on ad hoc projects as assigned. Specification: 1.University degree, preferably major in Marketing related field 2.above 4 years research experience 3.Marketing and business knowledge an advantage 4.Good knowledge of market research and AMI products & techniques 5.Knowledge of a particular industry (e.g. IT / telecom or fast moving consumer goods) also advantageous 6.Good working knowledge of research processes and analyses and the ability to run projects. 7.Very good English essential, good Chinese desirable 8.Excellent interpersonal skills required 9.Good project management skills 10.Good time management skills (as comparable with PM of Q) 11.Good communication skills 12.Good presentation skills |
