| Preventive Quality and Reliability Engineer (APQP)职位说明及要求 | |
| This position will drive reliability during PEP Ph 5-8 (conformity to design standards, validation before PPAP, respect of APQP…), manage warranty activities in Customer Team after launch, and lead corrective actions for design-related Field Issues During PEP Phase 5-8 : • Accountable for achievement of reliability targets in APQP process. Track & report APQP metrics in launches score, design conformity, validation progress, APQP readiness, product scorecards (and other metrics as will be defined), • Deploy reliability tool box in the customer team, ensure coaching of application engineers. Put in place metrics to track implementation of tools with the right timing • Accountable for audit and conformity of following APQP processes : customer input requirements, field issue closed-loop, DFR-FMEA, design reviews, prototype control plan, validation plan, reliability sign off. Ensure availability of phase 6 and 7 exit templates for PAC review. • Ensure specific customer APQP / reliability expectations are completed as agreed between customer and HTT. • Train and coach Team as appropriate to achieve above targets (conformity to APQP process, validation, …) • Ensure that late modifications are integrated in the validation plan and that corrective actions are put in place before PPAP • Stand up in front of customer or project team to ensure achievement of reliability targets. Ensure early warning of Program Manager, Application Manager or Business Manager for any deviation and actively participate in resolution until deviation is corrected. After Launch : • Accountable for achievement of warranty targets • Manage multi-functional FIR team, in order to contain and permanently solve design-related issues (warranty or 0-km), • Follow 8D process with eFRACAS. Report to FIR Program Manager. Respect to speed & quality of response targets. • Manage functionally Field Analysis Technician and ensure analysis are conform to speed & quality of response targets. • Participate in important Customer warranty reviews, where Field Analysis Technician cannot suffice, and agree technical factor. • Manage warranty financial aspects (debit notes) and ensure conformity to analysis results and technical factor. • Strong relationship with peer Customer Quality Engineer from plant. • Track & report key customer warranty metrics on dashboard (R0/00, pareto, debit notes, special costs, response times, # open 8D) • Keep internal metrics aligned with customer’s view. • Communicate to Plant and Business Manager all customer specific requirements, critical information, incidents and risks that concern their customer with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction with HTT reliability. Supervisory • Lead design-related CAR Teams • Functionally manage (dotted line) 1 Field Analysis Technicians • Motivate, influence and train Customer Team Qualifications: • Experience in Quality, Reliability, Launch Projects • Experience/Education Required/Sought: • Expertise in sought areas engineers (preferred mechanical) • Fluent in English Skills: • Strong leadership profile (leader for FIR & field technician, motivator for customer Team, charisma to convince customer/engineers) • Strong communication skills (report on warranty issues to customer & FIR Team progress, keep customer satisfied) • Calm, organised, structured (keep direction under severe pressure in customer environment, influence and motivate peers) |
