| OrderDeskAdministrator职位说明及要求 | |
Location: Guangzhou Responsibilities: - Initiate the RMA procedure after a request from customer. - Responsible that orders are entered in a correct way into the transaction system using the Instruction Guideline and Working procedure for Order Desk Administrator. - Responsible to provide all relevant information to customers (RMA, AWB, etc). - Responsible to that all documents/customer information are archived in a correct and proper way. - Responsible for the records kept by order desk are in accordance with customer‘s records. - Responsible for feedback and registration within the same working day on customer orders or questions. - Responsible for a correct monthly measurement report and other reports & data as per business needs. - Responsible for customer satisfaction and professional customer contact. - Responsible that the Customer Service Manager is well informed about operational issues. Qualifications: - College degree or equivalent in business. - A minimum of 1 year‘ relevant experience. - Customer orientation. - High-level of interpersonal communication skills and commercial skills. - Independent, responsible, initiated, flexible and ready to cooperate. - Fluent in written English. - Advanced MS Word/Excel knowledge.
