Job Summary Lead the HR Department of BB Su Zhou factory in order to enhance and develop the Human Resource Asset of the Company. To ensure that the Company attains the ethical standards required of BB Electronics Group and General Manager as they apply to the Human Resource Asset. Principal Responsibilities 1Manage the recruitment of new talent at all levels to improve the HR Asset. This includes management of the recruitment process as well as participation in the selection process. 2Manage the continuous development of talent, harmonization with company culture and goals and commitment of employees by the provision of a training and communications infrastructure. The development of training infrastructure will include the provision of basic training and the commissioning of training both internal to BB and from outside. 3Develop, manage and ensure compliance to the Company HR Procedure. BB has an Open Policy – that is all HR Procedure is written down, available for inspection and applied precisely – the HR Manager has the responsibility to ensure the compliance of management to this Procedure. 4Develop and manage the companies C&B Procedure. This responsibility includes the development of the company’s compensation package to provide a balance between cost and retention as well as the administration of salary and benefit payment process. 5Ensure compliance to the ethical standards and culture set by BB (as stated by the GM) to all aspects of Human Resource Management. 6Participate in the Direction and Management of the Company by membership of the Company’s Senior Management Team particularly bringing ideas and input on Human Resource application. Qualifications & Experience 1University degree in a relevant subject. 2At least 6 years of relevant HR experience in either Recruitment or T&C 3At least 2 years experience in a Western style company’s HR department 4Good oral English |
