JD:
You will leading a team to manage inbound and iHUB. Being a contact window between factory and LSP， the main responsibilies are:
Manage inbound transportation and Ihub daily operation
LSP cost & performance management on daily level
Develop Inbound Logistics team activity roadmap
Raise business requirement and best practices sharing to global LSP Mgt team
Local agreement and local cost negotiation
Initiate local improvement projects
Local LSP capability development
Provide regular reports to global LSP Mgt team
Participate Ihub auditing
Team and people development
Requisition:
More than 2 years experiences in logistics， HUB and warehouse management， team management.
The fluent English in speaking and writing is needed.
Good at problem solving and communication skill.
Willing to take high pressure.
