机械制造主管 Production Process Supervisor

Responsibilities职责:

-To manage the activities of production process team

-To set the objectives for the team

-To create all the needed manufacturing processes in QMD to produce the engines parts

-To promote new ideas， improvement， new techniques

-To ensure an efficient way of working and a good flow in the factory

-To reduce the lead time and defects on parts

-管理生产工艺团队的工作

-设立团队工作目标

-制定发动机生产所需的生产工艺

-倡导创新，进步和新技术

-通过高效工作以及流畅的工作流程确保工厂的高效有序运转

-降低缺陷率和交货期

Requirements要求:

-Bachelor of Mechanical or Production Engineering

-Work experience in production process; good knowledge about the machining， casting， welding and assembly process in production methods with at least 3 years in supervisor position

-Knowledge in heavy industry， understands manufacturing of bigger parts

-Proficient computer skills in operating ERP system

-Good command of spoken and written English is a must

-机械或生产工艺学士学位

-有生产工艺方面工作经验；熟悉机床加工，铸造，焊接和装配流程的生产方法；至少有3

年主管工作经验

-有重工行业工作经验，懂得大型部件的生产制造

-熟练运用ERP操作系统

-熟练的英文听说读写能力
