| Job Advertisement: Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities: Lead all operative and people issues in the location and be active part of the supply chain network Develop the organization to a competitive part of the global factory network in order to provide products for the local and global market Ensure fast ramp-up of new products and cost efficient production Local ambassador promoting NSN values and mode of operations Requirements: Excellent leadership skills Strategic view and business understanding Strong Manufacturing understanding Knowledge about China specific rules and regulations Personal Attributes: Good communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to influence & provide leadership. High initiative & a proactive approach. Business Unit Description: Manufacturing Operations * Provide the NSN products in the volume， with the quality and at the time， required by the customer， at lowest cost possible * Secure fast， stable and reliable ramp up of the newest products & technical solutions by professional DFx work and NPI operations * Fulfill the requirements of flexibility， cost and performance in an optimal way， we work together with best in class partners * Continuously improve our performance & efficiency & competences to be Best in Industry Empowerment， openness and fairness make the employees engaged and proud to work highly motivated within Manufacturing Operations |
