| HRConsultant职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibility Provide technical expertise in relevant areas through high quality research and analytical work which may include organization design, total reward, performance management , talent management or change management. Highly commitment to quality to ensure deliverables meet client needs, work plan specifications and deadlines. Deliver quality service to the client and develop good client relationship. Participate in the development and execution of relevant business plans and marketing activities. Requirement Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR consulting, or more than 3 years experience in the frontline operation of HR management either in large MNC or SOEs. HR Experience in areas including compensation, performance, training/development and recruitment. Strong analytical, innovative and highly commitment to quality client service. Excellent written and oral communication skills including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills. Bachelor degree or above, preferably MBA or Master‘s degree in relevant areas. Mandarin-speaker, high proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese is preferable Good communication and presentation skill Willing to travel |
