| Global Procurement Global Procurement is responsible for selecting， managing and developing the supply base for hardware， software and services for Nokia Siemens Networks， and for the management of material execution with factories， outbound hubs and direct customer deliveries. In addition， Global Procurement brings the respective sourcing expertise to the product concept and development projects. Working closely with functional and business unit leadership， Global Procurement pursues sustainable reductions in the total cost of items and services purchased， ensures required capacity and supplier integration; and drives simultaneous improvements in the quality， competitiveness and service levels of the supply base. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures Mid horizon capacity with Sourcing and other MEX teams to avoid shortages in short horizon. Takes part in developing and deploying NSN’s & suppliers’ planning and collaboration processes. Assures understanding of upstream capability and its lead-time in a supply chain as a part of global planning process. Analyzes & resolves capacity challenges with Sourcing and DCM. Is responsible of understand our end product flexibility requirements and contributes NSN capability to respond Customer demand by understanding our upstream and its lead-times， costs of flexibility and improving reaction time with Sourcing. Provide upstream capabilities and costs for decision making. Bottleneck management in mid horizon. REQUIREMENTS: - Networking and change management， being and managing virtual team - Demand supply chain management - Product process understanding - Preferable south side product knowledge PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Highly independent and self-directed.
