| MEX Category Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Global Procurement Global Procurement is responsible for selecting， managing and developing the supply base for hardware， software and services for Nokia Siemens Networks， and for the management of material execution with factories， outbound hubs and direct customer deliveries. In addition， Global Procurement brings the respective sourcing expertise to the product concept and development projects. Working closely with functional and business unit leadership， Global Procurement pursues sustainable reductions in the total cost of items and services purchased， ensures required capacity and supplier integration; and drives simultaneous improvements in the quality， competitiveness and service levels of the supply base. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As MEX Category Manager， you will be running world wide MEX community per your selected categories to ensure availability of supply. Also you will be vital part of category strategy creation and supplier selection as presenting MEX community. You will also focus on supplier performance， therefore initiating and coordinating supplier development projects and participating to required supplier audits together with other functions of Global Procurement REQUIREMENTS: Following competences are needed to perform well in this position. Materials execution processes understanding Logistics models understanding Understanding of tools and methods used in Materials execution area Presentation and communication skills Supplier base management Collaboration skills with suppliers Business & product knowledge Audit/Assessment skills PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: To be able to run MEX category community your abilities to lead virtual teams is important. Quick problem solving will be needed in solving urgent material availability cases. Project management skills will give you good backbone to run/coordinate supplier logistic performance projects. Naturally good command of presentation and communications skills in English is a must in international environment. BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION: Global MEX is integrated part of Global Procurement organization in Operations business unit. |
