-Responsible for operational functions in the value stream related to production running, production technical, Daily maintenance, and shop floor management; -Responsible variable cost control; Key Tasks -Manage activities in running production, delivery, production quality, capacity control and maintenance of equipment; -Elaborate objectives / schedules for improvements and rationalization of production quality, cost and lead-time reduction, and assure implementation, and initiate and implement lean improvements in workshop; -Make out variable budget and supervise / control variable expense; -Make statistics and analysis to production data, make period-closing and variance analysis; -Make manpower planning, recruit employees of responsible functions; -Train, develop, and motivate employees to assure the necessary competence; -Measure functional and individual performance.
