Position Responsibilities
The Business Development Associate is responsible for developing an extensive, dynamic and loyal Network of Test Centres in the whole of China.
This is achieved through:
Approaching -mainly through the phone- potential partners, with the sole aim to sign a 3-year partnership contract
Regularly following up the potential customers and dispatching relevant material to them
Having a thorough understanding of the market and the competition
Maintaining sales leads database and sales support documentation
Providing business improvement proposals, in order to increase sales volume
Co-ordinating -if and when necessary- sales initiatives
Employment Standards
Education: University degree required (preferably International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics)
Experience: At least 3 years in a Business Development role, with a proven sales record. Training and certification filed is preferred.
Required Skills: Be a “sales - closer“, self-motivated, energetic and ambitious, with advanced negotiation and presentation skills. Well organized, able to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines. Results driven, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Autonomy in MS Office and Windows-based computer applications
Languages: Fluency (oral and written) in English. Any other European Language would be considered as an advantage
