| Job Description : The Site Honeywell Operating System (HOS) Leader reports directly to site General Manager and dot line to AP HOS Leader， and is responsible for initiating and driving HOS for the Honeywell Security Shenzhen plant. Key activities include: · Support HOS/Lean deployment for Honeywell Security Shenzhen factory · Develop a HOS foundation plan for the site， and lead its execution · Develop and conduct HOS/Lean readiness assessments for Honeywell Security Shenzhen plant and develop readiness action plans for site deployments · Deploy Standard Implementation Framework (SIF) in the execution of HOS plan · Coordinate with Honeywell Corporate HOS/Lean Steering Council to develop and implement HOS/Lean activities and learning at Honeywell Security Shenzhen plant · Lead the Hoenywell Security Shenzhen site in the areas of change management， organizational design， team development， and learning to deploy and sustain HOS/Lean activities. · Drive processes to measure and reward employee engagement in HOS/Lean activities and develop action plans to improve and sustain employee engagement to support HOS/Lean. · Develop and implement tools to assess and develop front line supervision to support HOS/Lean work processes and employee engagement. · Assess HOS/Lean learning programs that are being delivered or planned for Honeywell Security Shenzhen factory， including analysis of cost， quality and return on investment， and provide learning plans for site HOS/Lean readiness. · Partner with ISC and Procurement leadership teams to integrate key HOS/Lean elements into current and future initiatives， including the HSE Management System， the ACS Structured Safety Program， and supplier quality. Qualifications: Required Experience， Skills & Knowledge: A Bachelor‘s Degree is required， preferably in Engineering background. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Demonstrated experience / knowledge on lean / six sigma， knowledge on the Toyota Production System an added advantage Proven success driving major change programs. Experience in high-volume production of electro-mechanical and electronic assemblies The ability to drive change rapidly on the factory floor is essential. Superior communication， relationship， and influence skills with people of all · Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence · Proven organizational assessment and design capabilities · Track record of achieving results in challenging assignments · Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills， including presentation planning and delivery skills · Strong project planning and management skills · Demonstrated ability to build， manage， energize and motivate high performing teams · Strong organizational skills with program management expertise · Able to manage multiple priorities and to deal with cross-functional populations · Able to communicate with and influence multiple levels of the organization · Able to execute and to lead teams in a virtual environment · Six Sigma， Lean and/or Program Management training a plus， a Black Belt preferred · Experience with Lean manufacturing， or similar operating systems preferred |
