驻地结构工程师职位说明及要求

1、土木/结构工程专业本科以上学历，二年以上相关工作经验，三年以上中国大型商业项目驻地经验。 2、标准流利的普通话，熟练的英语口语和写作能力； 3、熟悉中国施工条款和法规； 4、协助驻地工程师进行监理工作； 5、协助联系并协调承包商、驻地监理公司、驻地项目组及业主代表和顾问组工作。 The project is a composite development comprised of Shopping Mall, Super-Highrise Office Towers over 300m tall, 6-star Hotel and Serviced Apartments, Convention Centre and Basement Carpark. This prime site is located in the city centre of Shenyang, Liaoning. -Candidates should be a qualified Civil/ Structural engineer with minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience of which at least 3 years site experience. Preference will be given to the candidate with 6 months to one year site experience in PRC -Good command of Putonghua is essential -Good command of written and spoken English -Good knowledge of PRC construction rules and practice -To provide general supervision of the works carried out by the Contractor -Liaise and co-ordinate with the Employer’s Representatives, Consultant Teams, Contractor and Site Supervision Company -Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Resident Engineer
