| Software/Firmware Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities: 1.Work independently on Firmware/Software development/debug/testing/maintenance for consumer electronic products. 2.Work together with Asia/US/Europe team， and support product / project / HW / Quality / NPI / Manufacturing team to assure that aggressive project targets (features， cost， schedule， quality) are met. 3.Design device drivers including (but not limited to) LCD/Touch Panel， SD， USB， remote control， FM， Audio/Video， Power Management， GPS， Bluetooth， WiFi， etc. 4.Utilize strong awareness of technology to recommend new feature ideas， technologies， design methodology， and to help improve SW development process. Education: 1.Master/Bachelor degree with major in Software Engineering， Electronic Engineering， Telecommunication Engineering， Computer Science or equivalent. 2.3+ years experience on firmware/software design for consumer electronic products. 3.Experience with audio/video products development is desired. 4.Strong knowledge and experience with C/C++ programming， RTOS， Bootloader， device driver， user interface， file system， embedded database， audio/video decoding/encoding and networking protocols. 5.Knowledge of processors including microcontroller/ARM/DSP and digital electronic circuits including digital interface (I2C， I2S， USB， IDE， SD…) is required. 6.Knowledge and experience on embedded development tools and SW development process (version control， bug/project tracking， documentation). 7.Ability to work well under pressure and extra hours to meet deadlines 8.Strong initiative as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.
