| 室内设计师InteriorDesigner职位说明及要求 | |
-Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution; -Good in both verbal and written Mandarin and English (Proficient in architectural vocabulary) -Successful completion of Grade 1 and 2 Registration Exams or the foreign equivalent -Minimum 4 years experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute / Architect or Foreign Architect on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Design, Documentation, Project Management and Construction Supervision -A high level of proficiency in the following software - candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills AUTOCAD 2005 ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) MICROSOFT OFFICE (incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Skills in 3D Studio Max or other 3D software would be an advantage -Outstanding 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills are essential -A thorough and well developed understanding of local building regulations and practices is essential -Understanding / Experience in Sustainable Design would be an advantage |
