Job Responsibilities: 1 - What: l Assess sourcing opportunities and align with business needs l Develop and implement sourcing strategies: Situation / market analysis; Strategies creation， approval and implementation l Develop and manage suppliers: Vendor evaluation， assessment and selection; Monitoring performance; Suppliers reduction / spend concentration l Consolidate and develop action plans to improve China Region frame agreement progress 2 – What context: l Assist in optimization of working capital (inventory optimization) l On going critical review of specifications for all purchases with appropriate internal customers and suppliers. Necessary Qualifications: l General understanding manufacturing process l Negotiation techniques l General skill of market survey l Communication skill |
