Senior Manager, Online Sales
Position Description
Drives all aspects of on-line sales activity, owns company.com.cn and all company China sites sell-out related activities to consumers
This role will be responsible for leading the integrated online strategy with respect to all company sites in China, as well as, leading the working team to execute that strategy
This role requires cross-functional team integration with marketing to drive appropriate demand creation and merchandising to drive traffic and conversions
Coordinates consumer experience and look ‘n feel across all online portals/sites (URL taxonomy, content, site design, look ‘n feel)
Has ownership for creating offerings & bundles in online channel together with Devices, Enhancements, Service & Software and Go-To-Market teams
Sets pricing rules and policies to online channel
Plans logistics & fulfillment operations together with company Customer Logistics
Plans after-sales strategy together with company Care organization

Plans and manages activities that drive profitable sales throughout the On-line channels based on a thorough understanding of the consumer, trade customer, segmentation, category management and company‘s portfolio differentiators and their value proposition.
Works effectively with customers, business partners, and colleagues in cross-functional relationships across organizational boundaries (direct, matrix and virtual) to deliver superior results. Establishes strong, mutually beneficial strategic relationships internally and externally
Sets direction based on strategy, engaging others with a clear direction, goals and targets.

5-7 + years of online experience in demand generation and sales
5+ year of product management
3-5 years experience in services experiences
Good understanding of wireless and consumer electronic market
3 years experience in Distribution and Logistics
Experience in web development and ecommerce
