| Senior Financial Analyst 资深财务分析师职位说明及要求 | |
| Business Area:Medical Goals/Mission 1. Implementation of planning & reporting processes to help MED management to better understand financial trends and opportunities； 2. Leverage analysis & deploy controlling measures to support MED business group to meet its financial expectations Tasks 1.Preparation of annual budget， monthly rolling forecast and management reporting package 2.Variance analysis on financial performance and communication to business commercial partners， suggesting corrective actions to actual variances against budget and forecast 3.Participant in month-end closing process: monitor revenue， gross margin， expense & assets development， ensure correct recognition， prepare reports according to company Accounting principles 4.Implementation of performance controlling process together with business commercial partners， to ensure company meet its financial expectations 5.Coach and guide junior financial analysts in complex tasks Education bachelor degree in finance， accounting， related field， China Certified Accounting Professional， or equivalent Knowledge/Languages 1.Master of professional accounting and finance knowledge， familiar with IFRS and US GAAP； 2.Master of SAP operation 3.Good command of written and oral English Experience 1.Minimum 4 years experience in finance， controlling or accounting functions. 2.Experience as a professional auditor is preferred. Capabilities 1.Organization and time management skills， ability to work well under pressure 2.Self-initiative， take accountability and good team work Goals/Mission 1.
