ROLE DESCRIPTION
Company‘s Online Support - Web Production team is seeking an experienced Web Producer responsible for planning， developing， and implementing online service and support projects and services for the China region with very limited supervision. Working in concert with company.com corporate teams， the candidate would update and maintain the company Chinese Support site. The individual would function as the main point of contact for Chinese issue escalation.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Web Production - Must possess a solid understanding of online production processes and a passion for the Internet and related emerging technologies. Must have a deep understanding of business strategies and expertise in Online Experience.
Project Management - Assists in the development of detailed project and implementation plans， which cover entire projects process from resource planning through measurement， maintenance， and improvements.
Cross-Functional Team and Client Management - Coordinates projects with key cross-functional business partners in all key areas. Ensures a smooth， effective projects introduction and implementation by coordinating support requirement efforts with cross-functional partners and vendor. Ensures that the projects developed reflect customer needs by influencing development as necessary. Acts as the primary point of contact point of contact for the Call Center agents feedback and other organizations within Company as it relates to the Support site.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform hands-on web production and project management
Lead web projects for all Asia Pacific sites base on pre-defined templates and corporate standards
Maintain project schedule and resources
Manage customer and editorial expectations
Oversee quality assurance testing and bug fixes
Enforce site standards across all Asia Pacific sites
Client management responsibilities:
Manage client relationships
Serve as the main point of contact for issue escalation
Coordinate web production projects with vendors
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
BA degree or equivalent experience
7 - 10 years of directly-related， progressively responsible work experience in a professional position in an online organization or agency
Project and cross-functional team management， web development， online systems and site management
Extensive knowledge of HTML， CSS， and some JavaScript
Ability to code by hand using a pro-end HTML/text editor application such as BBEdit
Proficient in Photoshop and other graphical tools
Experience in information architecture
Expertise in browser compatibility and accessible design
Strong leadership， teamwork， and interpersonal skills with ability to establish credibility and develop strong relationships with management and vendors
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Proven success managing vendor firms
Ability to develop project plans and business cases
Strong analytical， problem-solving， and project management skills
Excellent verbal communication， written communication， and presentation skills
Flexibility to juggle different roles as needed
Willingness and ability to travel
Chinese native speaker and ability to speak and write English
