| Familiar with civil infrastructure and upper ground structures / units used in chemical and Food industry Knowledge of relevant legislation， official specifications， regulations and technical instructions Familiar with the principals and procedures of project engineering practices and project management Effective communication skills in English (oral and writing) are expected.
