制造工程师(澳洲工厂工作)职位说明及要求

大学本科全职月薪 20000-29999元

·Preferably tertiary qualified (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering) and/or Mechanical or Electrical Associate Diploma will be considered

·Exposure to Pro En， Inventor or AutoCAD (2D or 3D) experience

·Computer literate including Microsoft suite (intermediate Excel)

·Preferably experience ion a manufacturing environment with high levels of variation

·Exposure to the introduction of new products and Engineering disciplines tools such as FMEA.

Skills/Knowledge

·Essential Competencies required:

-Able to build relationships at all levels， and work with cross functional teams

-Excellent communication skills (written/oral)

-Effective influencing skills including ability to facilitate change

-Attention to detail

-Judgement and Problem solving

-Effective database usage eg Magman

-Excellent understand of Engineering Drawings eg tolerancing， dimensioning

-Sound understanding of Kanban system

-Understanding of toolmaking environment

-Planning and organising.

·Quality Standards

-Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9000 and 9001) framework

-Understanding total product quality concepts e.g. part fit， finish

-specific part standards.

·有2年以上制造业工作经验，熟练的英语听说读写能力

2，愿意去国外工作1-2年；合同结束后将视情优先安排到杭州工厂工作。

3，持有护照。

4，待遇：年薪AUD45K（相当于人民币2万多一个月），房租补贴AUD10K，来回机票费用由公司承担。
