QA Engineer职位说明及要求

Duties:

1.Manage return failur samples from Japan market and perform failure analysis;

2.Respond to customer complaints with corrective actions report(8D)

3.Sunmmarize customer complaint info and report to internal department regularly and make alert of critical quality issue.

Requierment:

1.Mininum 2Y in support role at Japanese company.

2.Bachelor degree in electronics or mechanics.

3.Excellent in Japanese writing，reading and good at vertal communication.

4.Strong skills in technical writing and report writing，and interpersonal communication skills.

5.Planning skills with sense of urgency.
