| 建筑师Architect职位说明及要求 | |
-Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years (Well-known institution would be an advantage) -Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English (Proficient in architectural vocabulary) -Successful completion of Grade 1 and 2 Registration Exams or the foreign equivalent -5-7 years experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute / Architect or Foreign Architect on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Design, Documentation and Project Management -A high level of proficiency in the following software - candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills -AUTOCAD 2003/2004 -ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) -MICROSOFT OFFICE (incl Word, Excel, Powerpoint) -Skills in 3D Studio Max or other 3D software would be an advantage -Outstanding 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills are essential -A thorough and well developed understanding of local building regulations and practices is essential -Understanding / Experience in Sustainable Design would be an advantage |
